Kathy set up a Lottery Club with friends and relatives to raise funds to help the boys once they leave school. The Lottery Club, with over 150 members was sponsored initially by George Stone of Mace Store, Winsley Road, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. George has now taken his well earned retirement and we would like to thank him for the support he has given us over the years. The Lottery Club is a great success, raising over £3000 each year which Kathy takes out to India on her annual visits to the home.
The Neem Tree Trust Lottery Club will start again in August and if you would like to support the boys we would be delighted. We will be following the same format as last year, in that if you are a taxpayer every £1 donated will be considered a contribution under the Gift Aid Scheme and will therefore be worth £1.28 to the charity, at no extra cost to you. If you would also like to join in the ‘excitement’ of the lottery you can, for an extra £2.00, buy two lottery tickets at £1.00 each which will be included in a monthly draw from August until July.
